Returns are accepted for refund without question within 14 days (postage is not refunded, unless item is faulty or damaged). We regret we cannot accept returns if not in a resalable condition, including once used.  

Parcels are sent out by either Royal Mail second class or myhermes for larger parcels.

Despatch

Parcels are normally despatched between 3 and 5 days of ordering (excluding weekends and bank holidays)  In some circumstances this is not possible but will be sent out as soon as possible.

If your item is out of stock a product of same value or higher will be sent.
